Currently, the Housing Authority of Fort Mill is not accepting applications for either the income-based Multifamily Program or Section 8. It is not known, at this time, when these waitlist will re-open.

Housing Authority of Fort Mill

The Housing Authority of Fort Mill's Board of Commissioners meets the first Monday of February, April, June, August, October, and December.

Meetings begin at 5:00pm and a held at the Offices of Affordable Housing located at 105 Bozeman Drive, Fort Mill, SC 29715.

Fort Mill Housing Services Inc.

The Fort Mill Housing Services Inc's Board of Commissioners meets the first Monday of February, April, June, August, October, and December.

Meetings begin at 4:00pm and is held at the Offices of Affordable Housing located at 105 Bozeman Drive, Fort Mill, SC 29715.

The Housing Authority of Fort Mill will hold a Participant’s meeting to begin getting feedback on what types of community partnerships would best meet our client’s self-sufficiency goals through the Moving-to-Work program.
